If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled. All items must be returned with proof of purchase.
Goods ordered online can be returned / exchanged in our store in Glengarriff, Co. Cork – Please have proof of purchase for your order.
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.
If it is necessary to return items for any of the above reasons, please send us an email to email@example.com and note your name, order number and item details before returning the parcel. Goods returned must be posted to:

Please note, it can take up to 14 days for any refund to reach your account. In such instances, we will pay the cost of returning the products. Refunds will be processed using the original purchase payment method used.
We unfortunately cannot accept certain products that have been opened and used. We cannot accept the opened and used products for return due to hygiene reasons. Please inquire for more details.
Please note that the €5 standard delivery charge on orders under €65 is non-refundable.
